This Is More Than Just Live Sessions

Private Pilates is usually priced by the hour. Working privately twice a week often totals $680–$960 per month (£525–£680).

Travilates is different.

This is private concierge Pilates.

Here, concierge simply means high-touch, ongoing support.

I adjust your routine based on how you’re feeling, check your form via video, and help it fit into your life—so you’re never managing your practice on your own.

After the first four weeks, ongoing coaching is less expensive because we've already built the foundation.

If it's a good fit, there are flexible options as well as ongoing memberships. Three founding member slots are available at $385 USD / £330 per month.

Common Questions

  • It’s based on your goals and what your body needs right now. There’s a Pilates foundation — some days we train harder, some days we restore. It adjusts to your energy so progress can happen without forcing anything.

  • No. The work is adapted to you, and all you need to start is a mat. You can add equipment if you want to, but it’s never required.

  • The structure is designed to adapt when life moves. Your practice continues even when your location or weekly rhythm changes. Live sessions may be grouped differently in some months, and guided practice supports continuity between sessions.

  • If it’s a good fit, you can continue through monthly membership or flexible blocks. If not, you can stop after the first four weeks.

  • The first month is where everything gets set in place — how you move, how your body responds, and how the work fits into your life. After that, ongoing work is priced lower because we’re building from something already established.

  • The live sessions are complete, guided sessions. Between sessions, you have a custom practice video you can return to. That doesn’t have to be all‑or‑nothing — you can do it in full or in parts, depending on your week.
