When my energy is high, I add this on top of what I'm already doing.

When my energy is lower, I keep this at  least three times a week, no matter what.

Even in five minutes, I build strength without draining my energy.

By the time you've done this a few times, it becomes automatic.

You'll set a timer and move through it on your own.
