I'm a New Orleans girl who fell for Pilates the day my mom dragged me to a lesson.
One class and I was hooked. It was fun, it challenged me, and it made me feel unstoppable. I spent years in film PR
before changing direction and building a life around
Pilates—operating my own physical studio in Bristol, UK, and training
thousands of clients for over 20 years.
But when my own body started changing, I realized a rigid routine simply
doesn’t work when your energy fluctuates from week to week.
That was my wake-up call. So, I developed a completely adaptive
way to work with these energy shifts, rather than fighting them.
I’ve always lived a life that moves - stairs, hills, cobblestones, museums,
last-minute plans.
Pilates is what lets me keep up with all of it.
It’s how I manage my energy so I can say yes, travel, move around, and still feel strong and pain-free.
