When your energy is higher, you can add it on top of what you're already doing.

When your energy is lower, come back to it at least three times a week, no matter what.

Even in five minutes, you're building strength without draining your energy.

After you’ve done it a few times, it starts to feel automatic.

You’ll set a timer and move through it on your own, wherever you are.
