Choose what fits your life
Private or small group support designed to help you be stronger and more resilient, move better, and stay Consistent. We meet live, and you’ll have personalized practice videos to use between sessions so progress continues throughout the week. You’re not left on your own with them. Check-ins, form feedback, and support keep things moving, answer questions as they come up, and help you stay connected to the work.
I work with what serves your body right now. My background spans classical Pilates and a wider range of movement approaches, and I draw from what’s useful based on your goals, your preferences, and the context you’re working in — with or without Pilates equipment.
Your body changes. Your training should too.
A lot of mainstream fitness advice was not designed with women’s changing bodies and lives in mind, especially through perimenopause and early menopause. work with that reality, not against it.
Why This Works
Most people aren’t lacking motivation. They’re running on depleted energy, overloaded minds, and too much responsibility carried alone. Random workouts don’t address that. Structure does.
The work is designed to travel with you.
4 Week Personalized Pilates Plan
This work is built around close, attentive support. I work with each person directly so sessions can respond to real life, not a one‑size‑fits‑all plan. Live sessions provide clear direction, and personalized practice between sessions removes guesswork. When movement is structured and supported — and someone is paying attention — effort becomes more efficient and mental load eases. That’s what makes consistency possible. And consistency is what keeps your body available for the life you want to live.
Four weeks built around you to refine what you need now, build consistency, and keep moving forward with the right support. We meet for 4 private Zoom sessions, with a personalized practice video to follow between sessions, plus ongoing check-ins and form feedback. By the end, you’ll have more clarity around what your body needs and how to keep moving without overthinking it. We adjust as you go so you’re not forcing your way through workouts that don’t fit.
All work begins with a 4‑week Plan. Four weeks is the entry point. If it’s a good fit, we decide together what comes next.
This Is More Than Just Live Sessions
Traditional private Pilates is typically priced by the hour. In many studios, working privately twice a week often totals $680–$960 per month (£520–£680). Your session is over once you leave.
The Travilates approach is designed differently, so Pilates becomes integrated into your life.

Common Questions
How often are the live sessions?
The schedule is adaptable to your availability as long as sessions fall within the time blocks I offer. The four sessions are designed to be used within the same month and do not roll over.
Is the work high‑intensity or fitness‑focused?
It’s based on your goals and what your body needs to support them. We start by looking at what you’re working toward and what will help you feel strong, capable, and consistent right now. Each month includes four live sessions. These sessions are scheduled around availability and travel, so they may not always fall on the same day each week. Some weeks may include two sessions, while another week may have none, depending on the month.
All of the work has a Pilates foundation. From there, I may integrate strength‑focused elements, longer time under tension, or more restorative components depending on your goals, energy, and capacity at that time. Rather than following a fixed intensity or format, the work adapts so progress can happen in a way that’s supportive, sustainable, and responsive to your body as it changes.
Do I need Pilates experience or equipment?
No. The work is adapted to where you are and what you have access to. Sessions can be done with or without Pilates equipment
If you’re interested in using equipment, there are simple options that can be added in ways that fit different spaces and budgets, but equipment is never required.
What if I travel or my schedule changes?
The structure is designed to adapt when life moves. Your practice continues even when your location or weekly rhythm changes. Live sessions may be grouped differently in some months, and guided practice supports continuity between sessions.
What are the practice videos between sessions?
During the initial four weeks, you’ll receive one personalized practice video to work with alongside the live sessions. This establishes the foundation and gives your body time to integrate the work.
If you continue into the membership or a longer‑term container, practice videos are updated every two weeks. These newer videos are designed to build progressively, reflecting changes in your body, capacity, and goals over time.
The focus is on progressive guidance, not accumulating routines.
What are check‑ins?
Check‑ins are a way to stay connected to the work between live sessions. They keep the practice moving forward through the week. You can share how things are feeling, ask questions, and discuss any challenges that come up.
What are form checks?
Form checks are another check in point while you’re practicing the homework videos. You can send short clips of movement you’d like input on.
Is this appropriate during perimenopause or early menopause?
Yes, this work is specifically for women in perimenopause and early menopause. The work accounts for natural shifts through the month, with times to push and times to restore.
What happens after the first four weeks?
If it’s a good fit, there’s the option to continue through monthly memberships or longer 12‑week blocks. These allow the work to evolve over time and include additional body assessments and updated practice videos every two weeks.
Do I need to be tech‑savvy?
No. The setup is intentionally simple and designed to be easy to use. I’ll make sure you feel comfortable with how everything works.
